Our dear Dad, Meyrick Croker died peacefully in the early hours of Saturday 23 May 2020 with family by his side.

__________

Rob from Rob Hoskinson Building is getting a tree lopper over to the island for a job at the beginning of June. If there is anyone else that would like some tree work done large or small while they have all the equipment over there please give Rob a call on 0438221934.
This is a good time to remove any problem trees on your property before bushfire season. More information on cleaning up around your property here https://www.ruralfire.qld.gov.au/BushFire_Safety/Pages/Prepare-for-bushfire-season.aspx

Gas Bottle Removal

Dear Residents,

RE: Disposal of Origin 45 kg gas bottles:

Alan Mott, Ranger North and South Currigee campgrounds has kindly volunteered to collect the empty 45 kg gas cylinders from the residences at Currigee and transport them to Tipplers.

Please leave empty cylinders on the ground beside your garbage bins for collection.  Thanks to Alan for this kind offer.

Also, a pair of Hacket Fitzroy prescription glasses were found on the Surf Beach on January 4th by a resident.  If you think you may have dropped them please reply to contact@currigeefootprints.com
